Family Class

Canadian Experience Class
The Canadian Experience Class is a new avenue of immigration for certain temporary foreign workers and foreign student graduates with professional, managerial and skilled work experience.
Requirements are based on a pass/fail model. In other words, if the minimum requirements are met, the applicant is eligible. There is no point system as with the federal Skilled Worker Program.
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
Persons who immigrate to Canada under the Provincial Nominee Program have the skills, education and work experience needed to make an immediate economic contribution to the province or territory that nominates them. They are ready to establish themselves successfully as permanent residents in Canada.
Student Study Permits and Work Permits
In most cases, you must obtain a study permit if you want to study in Canada. You must have been accepted by a school, college, university or other educational institution in Canada and prove that you have enough money to pay for your tuition fees and living expenses.
